rear camber problems??

Does any one know how the rear camber is set?? I have a bad negitive chamber 
problem, was thinking the old struts were the issue, and the problem 
slightly improved with the new ones, but my tire stil rubs the spring in 
turns. also its a mystry how this happend? is it posiable to bend a stub 
axel? a parts guy told me some shims must have come off, but he is know for 
talk out his neck. anyway, tia
