what did i do now????



For some reason you had no spark when you first tried to start it.  When 
you got spark, all the raw fuel in the exhaust was ignited.  It kinda 
sounds like a bad or soon-to-be-bad ignition switch.  Other than the 
exhaust damage, nothing else should be hurt.
