WTB: Reverse light switch

Well I would have to put you in the lucky category. I have replaced plenty 
of these (I work on VW's for aliving so you can imagine how many plenty is). 
This type of switch sems to be more prone to failure than the other kind. 
FWIW the older type you refer to is used on A3's and A2's from '90 -
