initial timing advance

I have the very same question: RD motor w/ K/S. I understand standard
spec. In my case I will always run high-test octane (91 vs 87 or 89). I
want to optimize torque & HP in the mid to lower RPMs vs 5k to redline
which I'm hardly ever in. (Well, hardly).
