Yes that should be where it's grounded.  But the factory wire could be
coroded, it's best you just run a new one anyways and save the hassle
screwing with it.

       Is the gound wire from from the stereo conected to that terminal next
to the fusebox.
       I recently had the head off and I know all the grounds are all good
there.
