[tech] passat steering wheel into a mkii

Just order a new one from Potter.  Its $16.  You should 
also buy a new nut.  The old nut has a washer.  The new 
nut (for the Passat or Corrodo steering wheel) has a big 
collar on it that helps keep the adapter sleeve and the 
wheel in place.

|not sure of the part number, but if you find a passat in 
|the junkyard you just need to pull the sleeve (or adaptor 
|if you prefer) off of the steering column, slide it on to 
|your mkII's column and your done. the wheel will fit 
|perfectly.
