How about Glass or Carbon Fiber Euro Bumpers?

To offer a little more protection I was suggesting that we incorporate
our existing rebar. As you know the current rebar is a sandwich of two
pieces, maybe one could be utilized?
I have seen some sites where one, of the two piece rebar, was used in an
attempt to lower the weight of the U.S. bumper.
