Why the Passat? With the Scirocco?

My daily driver is a 99 passat glx.  Chosen as such because not only have I
acquired a wife and three kids in my trip through life but I also have a
career that requires me to drive 2-3 clients and partners around.

Something about RE investors in business suits and a 78 Scirocco that
doesn't quite mesh when your negotiating sales.

Why is it that Scirocco owners have Passat's?  That is a very curious
thing.

If you got em please tell what year and the reason?

I have both because the Rocco is an auto-x only car.  If I drove the
thing on the street I would be in jail by now.  :D
