dipstick and clamp question

I don't know what the difference between the two dipsticks is or what the
numbers are but I do have a suggestion. Change the oil and be careful to put
in the absolute correct amount of oil then check the stick. You could even
remark the stick you have to give you a correct reading.

Try the tie on that hose. you have nothing but a cable tie to loose. However
the root of the problem is probably that the hose is oil soaked or degraded
in some other manner and ought to be replaced. Those clever (most of the
time) German engineers would have used a cable tie in the first place if it
was the right thing to do.
