MK1 Paint/Styling opinions wanted



I totally agree. You took the words right out of my mouth.  I took a closer
look at the rubber "crease" strip that i took of my 16v parts car. and it
just is to big. About 1" wide.  But it is the perfect material, looks like
that I would wand onthere.  A bit harder than a "pink perl" eraser.  Like
the rubber stoppers in HS chem class.  I will look around for just the right
trim.  Youre right though, that IS the most vulnerable spot.  Also withthe
black FOHA front spoiler and the blacked out trim, There will be plenty of
black accents which I think will look nive w/ the dk red paint.
BTW the wiring harnes is pertty much all in.  Jst need to put a charger on
the battery and try to fire it up this long weekend.  Ill be more nervous
than I was on either of my dates in High School.  : )
