East coast muscle now:Arizona muscle needed

This is the white MKI which had the 16v in it.  He lives in the Lee 
Apartments.  He's easy to intimidate.  He ripped off another guy on the 
Vortex, after some threats he finally coughed up the cash in that case.  I 
know $103 isn't all that much loot but it's money I could use right now.  If 
everyone can email this guy I think he'll fold.  He's in college and I'm 
worried he'll be moving out of the apartment and back home for the summer 
soon.

According to mapquest that place is 2.83 miles from my house :)  Was
this the guy with the 16v MK1 that looked pretty nice for being parted
out?  I can give him a call, but I think Tom would be more suitable for

A few months ago I bought some stuff for my scirocco off a guy who was
advertising on the vwvortex.  I received what I paid for the first time
(euro bumpers) but I then wanted door cards and urethane strut mounts
that
he had.  I paypal'd $103.00 to him and have yet to see parts or my cash
back.  He kept putting me off and stopped responding to my emails.
Later he
did write back and said he'd send my money back.  Still nothing.  I was
hoping some of you fellow listers could kindly send him an email
stressing
the situation.  If any of you are in AZ and would like to call him for
me
that would be great too.  He's learned not to answer the phone when a MD
or
VA # comes up on his caller ID.
