Just thinking about them "Horns"

Have you seen the infomercial about the intake funnel thingy?  Looks
like a Phunky propeller, makes the air swirl as it enters and the fuel
mix more thoroughly?

So... I was contemplating making one per horn with a built in filter.
air passes the filter material, and then through the "props" to make a
cyclone of air that mixes with the fuel prior to combustion.  Hmmmm.
Not an original Idea- but would be fun to see what it does on the dyno.
