Teaching someone to drive a stick in your car

I was interested to see this was a method used by others. I've used this
method with my wife and children to great success and my son had used it on
his girlfriend.

That's an excellent tip. I didn't realize dealers were still teaching
people to drive sticks. Thought they were just selling auto trannies
to the people who grew up without clutches in the family. I have
bunch of nieces and nephews and a couple of sisters-in-laws that do
not have a clue about the 'other' pedal.
