[tech]: anybody? o2 sensor question...

trying to see if the new spliced/soldered o2 sensor that i put in is bad or 
has a bad connection; still no fluctuating dpr current.  how can i measure 
it directly? i'd imagine that you should get a fluctuating voltage (~1v?) if 
you hook a meter directly to the black wire (3 wire setup). yes? no?
