[Rant] RUST in hard to reach places.....

  I pull the hatch off the 77 to take care of the rust built up at the top of 
the hatch (above where the seal meets the hatch), and between coats of primer 
and paint I look the rest of he hatch over and notice rust in the large open 
space, about where one would find a wiper motor should one be so lucky to 
have it. Cleaning the "normal" way of scuffing/grinding the rust away then 
naval jelly and painting looks to be on the other side of impossible so I'll 
have to have it acid dipped, right? Sand blasting might get it. I just need 
to figure out how or where in MD iI can have either done and then 
sealed/primered and top coated and for how much before it gets worse. 
   I still have to lead the fenders damnit. Grrrrrrrr...  really starting to 
not like previous owners.
