lets hear it for previous owners!!!

turns out everything in the rpi non a/c kit was right. the P/O put the wrong
water pump pulley on, to clear his version of non-a/c (stock bracket, single
pulley on the h2o pump, super long saggy belt for the alternator) i'm
seriously considering throwing the old bracket through their front window
along with the viper alarm they put in.

so for now everything seems ok, till i stumble across something else stupid
they did.
