changing fluids. what is recommended?

well I use the following oils

20w50 (summer in texas is HOT) VAlvoline Synthetic Oil (Yeah they make a
20w50 syntechtic oil now!)
Penzoil Syntechtic Gear oil in the tranny (always forget if it is 80w90 or
90w80..lol)
Dot4+ (Dot5 approved) Valvoline Syntechtic Brake Fluid

change the engine oil every 3-4K miles.
the tranny gets it changes as per prescribed on manufacturer owners manual
(forget what it is right now)
and the brakes fluid should get changes at least once a year.
