changing fluids. what is recommended?

after a few weeks of owning this awesome car, i realized i had better get going on the fluid changes.

im gonna be doing it next weekend, but i have no idea what is recommended..

what do you guys use for oil, tranny, and brake??

i could use what is recommended by non-roc people, or the people that spend $23,000 USD on one
