virus?(ot) - HOW TO FIX IT

im not getting em from you, heres what to do:
go to msupdate, get all security patches available (one of which makes it safe to view klez virus emails in the preview pane, as the virus attachments must be manually opened still)
reboot
go to outlook express, check out the weird klez emails, if you dont recognize the 'from' that appears, right clock the email, hit properties, go to the details tab, the first like will contain "return-path", what follows is the actual originator of the virus emails. Get a list together of who these are coming from and post it so we all know, as well as cc'ing the message to the infected people (because the infected people have no idea their system is sending the infected emails).

i've been getting a ton of these emails that have topics like "hi honey" and " ismap" and all have big files, like 126k or more. most of them have been coming from people on the list. i haven't opened any of them because i think this came up last week, but my ? is are any of you getting these from me? kinda curious if i got a virus or not.
