Is the Oettinger head a solid lifter head?



Yes.
Yes.
Yes.

The Oettinger head flow is comparable to the ported 2.0. But the head
makes it power in its design, not its CFM.

It has a special intake and exhaust manifold. The intake manifold is
water warmed for more consistent intake charge and the exhaust manifold
bent tubular steel.

Can this be attached to a 2.0L block? would this help break the 180HP=20
