Camshaft seal

I plan on replacing the problematic oil seal in the distributor on my =
16V.I also want to replace the valve cover gasket and the camshaft oil =
seal. there is a leak around the camshaft sprocket but i can't tell =
whether it's the gasket or the seal leaking. The bolt that holds the =
sprocket to the camshaft is very tight and I don't have an air wrench.=20
Anybody knows how to loosen it?
