Door holder opener thingy

[flaatr@yahoo.com (EUROROC II)]

I pulled the carpet and found a sold wall-o-metal that's why I thought I 
might be able to get to it from the outside behind the wheel well liner. 
I'll have to cut and access hole in there then make a panel to cover things 
back up.

No fun
