2.1 Liter 16V.... Which Crank will do it????

I think the next step up is a 1.9 diesel crank with a 95.5 mm stroke.
With your pistons that would net 2067cc.
BUT, there is one problem. The pistons you have (which are presumably
for a 92.8 mm stroke) will have the wrong piston pin height for the
95.5mm stroke and will stick out the top of the block .053" more than
they do now.
There seems to be a common misconception among alot of people on this
list that if you want a longer stroke you just drop in a bigger crank
using the same rods and pistons. Then the piston will just go little
farther up the bore and as a bonus you also get an increase in
compression. But, the fact is that the piston to head clearance on these
engines as they come from the factory is already a reasonable minimum
and you cannot increase stroke without either using a shorter rod, using
a piston with a different piston pin height or machining the top of the
piston (if you think it will be strong enough afterwards!).
It's also necessary to keep in mind that you need ~1mm piston to head
clearance measured statically. When the engine's running at 6000 RPM
crank, rod and piston stretch will use up that 1mm and allow the piston
to come very close to the head.
Just trying to educate a little and prevent unnecessary expense.
