If both rear discs are this way they I would suspect a hydraulic problem =
not a problem with the calipers themselves. Could be that the =
proportioning valve starved the rear discs or maybe even the master when =
bad. It would be strange for both calipers to go bad at the same time.

I'm sure Julie will want to chime in on this but I somehow in my =
infinate wisdom looked at my rear brakes today. And holy S### the =
rotors are covered with rust. the real calipers are froze. So, Erik =
has no rear brakes. But you know what the scary part is? It still =
stops better than my Golf. Dunno how. So, for you guys and Gal ;) =
that are parting out Rocco's let me know if it has rear discs at almost =
300.00 for calipers they are heart stoppers.=20
=20
In the meantime I am going to devise a way to install Wilwood =
Dynalites all the way around. Possibly Wilwood rotors and hats too. I =
know of a few guys through work who can cut the brackets for me. So =
much for a cheap car to play with. First the EFI scheme which Monika =
still gives me stares for that dare speak no words. And now this. I'm =
not gonna tell her till it's too late. =20
At this rate there may not be a wedding next year. Now that would be =
a shame. J/K hon you know I love you.
