Master Cylinder question

[flaatr@yahoo.com (EUROROC II)]

There is also one for Vacuum Servo 893 611 019A and one by Girling 893 611 
021B. So which one? Another parts site I checked lists the replacement part 
as a 22.2mm master cylinder, are they wrong?
