Refline MTL is the best Trans Fluid.  IT will help the shifting.  Mine was
switched to Mobil Synthetic and I noticed a difference of it being harder to
shift until really warm.

During the cold season I would stick with the 10w-30 but would run a good
synthetic like Castrol or even their synthetic blend.  Stays loose when cold
but handle the heat when hot.

I live in the north east and use 10w-30w oil... Would it be better if I
started to use 15w-40?

What's a good trans fluid? I put 80-90w in the other day and now I'm having
a hard time getting into 1st.. I really have to push it into gear!
