170 HP?



    He may be porting/tuning for very high rpm peak torque. going for the highest torque at the
highest rpm possible (the peak may not be there, but if its still got decent torque at high rpm).
This will allow an engine to get crazy hp numbers. Just keep in mind the hp isnt what pushes you
back into your seat and gives you the low quarter mile times... its the torque. The HP is nothing
more than a function of torque and engine speed.
