coilover spring rates needed!

Guys, I've got to pick some spring rates for my car. Here are the parameters
that I'm dealing with. I'm hoping that the experts can point me to the best
rates and lengths:

car weight: approx. 2200lbs
dampers: Bilstein Sports
swaybars: Shine Racing rear/ 19mm front
differential: Quaife

intended usage: backroad blasting and the odd autocross
