stereo wiring?

I'm trying to wire a stereo, but I am not so good at reading wiring 
diagrams. I got all the speakers done right, but the three power/ground 
wires are giving me some difficulty. I've got a red wire, a black wire, and a 
blue/grey wire. Any ideas which of these is which?
