16v or 8v turbo?

kinda, the 16v makes more power than the 8v (no boost), so it takes a slightly longer time for the
8v to reach the same power output as the 16v (both starting at no boost). this can me somewhat
compensated for by proper turbo selection, but in the end, the cost of getting the higher boost is a
bit more time for turbo lag.
