The whole 1.8T puny injector debacle

Tom, I'm actually stating very clearly that 310cc injectors can't deliver
enough fuel to produce 287hp at the wheels. The discussion about margin for
error is somebody else's concession.

Let's see those injector part numbers and resolve this issue a bit.
