To remove old insert:
assemble a hacksaw inside the old insert (in the rubber area between the =
bolt sleeve and the rim) and cut carefully through the outside of the =
insert. Once you cut this the tension should be releived and you can =
remove the old mount easily.

to insert the new mount:
you could do it yourself, with a big vise and/or a BFH, differential =
heating of bracket cooling of mount, etc... as been mentioned here =
before... The best option as I've done a few of these, I would say is =
take it to a shop who have a press, it'll save you alot of headache.

As for orientation of the mount, strickly heterosexual, um I mean bolt =
sleeve should sit above center when mount is unloaded, as weight of =
motor will center things out when you get things put back together.

hey all, I just received my new passenger side motor mount. I have =
the mount holder(the part you press it into) off of the engine, with the =
old mount still in it. How should I go about pressing it out and =
getting the new one in? Also, it DOES matter which way the new mount =
goes in, right, since the bolt hole is way off-center? Thanks-=20

  Rob
