Way OT: email wierdness

I knwo this is off topic but seeing as how I jsut got another one of these 
emails from someone @ scirocco@iglou.com I thought I would make a post about 
it.

I have been getting blank emails mailed directly to me that are about 
120k-140k in size and there is nothing in the body of these emails. I have 
been using hotmail not outlook so I dont know if this is a virus or what. 
Can someone please shed some light on this for me? Privately.
