Adirondack = lack of service

who did you talk to josh? i've ordered $1000's from them, never with a 
problem. they are always willing to work with me, and will point me in 
another direction if they don't have the part (rare).  mark is great, 
willing to answer questions, provide advice even if i'm not buying something 
(also rare :) ). i've found service to be at least equal to potterman's.
