(sorta ot) true vw enthusiasts?!?

driving into mcdonalds for lunch today, i saw 8-10 new? gti's parked in a 
row at the dairy mart next door. always willing to meet fellow dubbers i 
pulled up and parked next to them, hopped up out of the scirocco all proud, 
and went to greet my vw brothers. the first thing before i get three steps 
from my car one of them says "this spot is for vw's only". what?,what? did i 
hear that correctly? i say, "excuse me". the fellow replies "take your 
nissan and go find some other rice-burners to hang out with!" some i say 
"you guys must be diehard vw fans, huh? well this is a vw (as if the big vw 
symbol on the grill isn't a dead giveaway) haven't you ever heard of a 
scirocco?" i could tell by the stupid looks on there faces that they hadn't, 
so i gave them all a quick tour, just to bad this happened while i was 
driving the $200 rocco. would have been cool to wow them with a finished 
project, instead of one that is barely underway. but what the hell kind of 
vw enthusiast has never heard of a scirocco?????
