1 Mile Race

I took my Badger 5 setup to 1 Mile Race on Saturday.
It was a top speed contest, just who get's a bigger
speed at the end of the 1 mile long straight line.

I got 197km/h that's about 122mph while my speedometer
was showing 210 km/h (130mph). It was still pushing
as it hadn't got to the tastiest rpm at 7000+ (it was
at 6500 on 5th gear, the limiter is at 7750).

Now I'm calculating that I should've taken my frineds
asphalt wheels and tires with the size 175/50/13
that would have made the gearing that much better
that my top speed would have been 209km/h and due to
the better gearing I think I would have pushed that
out too, but it is an old Estonian saying that after
event wizdom is exact science. :)

I finally added nothing new to my site!

PS. The event was won by Ford Sierra who topped 250km/h
(155mph). The results should be up at site:

Currently there are only last Years results.
