talked to the insurance co today (was insurance ?)

i talked with my insurance company today, they said they can't help me out 
because i didn't have uninsured motorist coverage on my policy. when i 
called the fathers insurance company they say they will not cover, the boy 
was explicitly excluded from the insurance and therefore treated as if the 
boy had stolen the car. in fact the boy is charged with unauthorized use, 
driving w/o a licsense, failure to control, no seatbelt, and someother small 
offenses. i'm going to talk to my dads attorney on thursday and see what his 
advise is.
