OT need reply from CA listers

Just call CA DMV, wasn't long ago I had a friend interested in a scirocco
located out of town and it didn't run, we wanted to know if there were any
outstanding fees owed on the car and what the total fees due for current
registration, they told me everything needed over the phone, since this
would be a long distance call for you just e-mail the lic/vin #'s to me and
I'll call my local DMV for you (as long as I can get through again!).
