front exhaust bracket

The downpipe for the toilet bowl manifold does not have a bracket that
runs to the back of the block. (since the pivot is at the manifold the
downpipe moves relative to the block.
There is a bracket that bolts to the flange at the front of the cat that
hooks one end of a rubber hanger.
