HELP NEEDED ASAP!!! ARP rod bolts...

These are rod studs. They aren't 10mm (too big), nor are they 9mm (too small). 3/8 is too large, but 5/16 is too small. Next up is 11/32 if I'm thinking right (or 9.5mm, if such a thing exists).

I am not sure, but I do believe the ARP bolts kit heads are metric size,
most likely a 13 no ?

=> I'm in the process of trying to fix my block (pistons rotated
=>180* from where they should be). It has ARP rod bolts. I can't
=>find a wrench to fit the rod bolt nuts (I'm thinking 11/32 8
=>point, but not sure). Also, I need to know the torque spec to
=>tighten them back to as well. If anyone can help, please reply ASAP!
=>
=>Thanks.
