exhaust cam debate - please stop

I, also, hadn't planned on getting involved in this but since I have had
positive dealings with Steffan, and I defineately (surprise!!!) have an
opinion on the subject being an avid ebayer myself, I will!!!  As an ebayer
myself, I understand the importance of stating the truth and making sure
that people aren't misled.  At the same time, I am not, and I make sure
through statements, responsible for the item once it leaves my hands
(shipping, etc. unless insured then I will help).  I don't close the door
totally since I do leave a crack by stating that special circumstances are
taken into consideration and trades are possible but not guaranteed.  I also
make sure that there is no confusion about extra power/HP, or whatever.  IF
I were selling those cams, I would make sure that people realize that it is
NOT a performance upgrade, only that it came from an engine with more HP.  I
don't know Steffan's experiences on ebay but it is very important to me to
be accurate and to not convey a farce (no negative or neutral feedback, all
positive!!).  No offense to Steffan, he technically did nothing wrong, but
if he truely did nothing wrong morally, we wouldn't have to say anything.
Now, if he said that with a little modifying you can use this cam as a
performance INTAKE cam, then THAT would be perfect, preferrable, and a GOOD
way to make some extra cash!!!  Maybe even modify the cam before you post
it, then it is ready to go!!

Anyway, just my opinion and attempt to stretch this thread as far as
possible!!
