Suspension Techniques Springs

What does anyone know about the Suspension Techniques Springs? I'd like
to get a set of springs for my 16v but don't like the price for the
neuspeeds or the HR's. I'm just looking for a mild lowing with a good
feel, I don't want my fillings jarred outta my head ever time I run over
a small pepple. So are these worth about 60-70 bucks used and will they
give me a lower ride with almost stock cushion?
