cooling fan problem solved!!

Rick is right, if you remove the AC relay or the the AC fuse , the high =
speed setting in the interior fan disappears.
My 16V was raising the idle when i would turn the fan on on cold =
settings even with AC removed. I pulled the AC fuse,  idle is nice and =
steady but the high speed is gone.=20
