Still no fan on the SNEPITA



heres the deal, if the idle is too low, coolant flows too slowly across the radiator, allowing it to
cool off too much by the time it hits the half-way point (where the temp sender is).
while it is true that the water coming from the radiator is cool, theres not enough flow rate coming
to actually cool the engine enough.
