Anyone know Chuck B?

anyone ever know/hear anything about, or buy from a guy named Chuck B.? He 
makes 8v turbo manifolds with T3 flanges for $150. i think his email addy is 
turbomk1@hotmail.com. thats a dirt cheap price and if everything is cool, i 
would love to get my hands on one.
