Valve Clearance?
Valve clearance for 80-84 VW solid lifter heads:
Cold
I:(0.15mm - 0.25mm) or (.006" - .010")
E:(0.35mm - 0.45mm) or (.014" - .018")
Hot
I: (0.20mm - 0.30mm) or (.008" - .012")
E:(0.40mm - 0.50mm) or (.016" - .020")
This is from the 80-84 VW RSJ Bentley pg 5-33
Don't know if the cam makes a difference tho'
