Front stress bar opinions

I have run with the autotech sub frame for about five years.  I like it =
very much.  I had installed the 22mm front lower stress bar a year =
earlier.  After finding stress cracks in the frame, I repaired the =
cracks, installed the subframe and have not had problems since.  I =
believe it to be an important mod to any A1.

and after market bar from Neuspeed or Autotech? There are a lot of bends =
in the VW part so does this reduce it's electivity?=20

  Anyone have an opinion on the Autotech sub-frame as well?
