G-Grind Cam

Which short block? 1.8 or 2.0?

Just curious as I am building a 9A 2.0L short block,
8V Mahle pistons, port-matched 4-2 manifold, TT 2"
exhaust - no cat, TT Ported intake manifold, Neuspeed
TB, 8V JH solid head (comming in the mail), will be
port matched - etc, and a G-grind...

With such a setup, is the G-grind the best all around
cam, or a Kent/Schrick cam might be better?

And no smog tests around here...
