MFA question

Nope. It calculates MPG just based on speed, engine vacuum and perhaps
engine RPM. It isn't very accurate.
When I lived in Colorado at 6000 ft. altitude the engine cruised at a
pretty low manifold vacuum, so the MFA thought I was using a lot of
throttle and gave a lower MPG than I was actually getting. Simply going
to a lower altitude would raise the MPG reading.
With my 2.0, which cruises at a relatively high manifold vacuum the MFA
gives a higher number than actual. In fact, on the highway it tells me
I'm getting 99.9 MPG!
The MPG readout is useless for me.
