In a recent thread somebody suggested www.bow-wow.com.

This is the response I got from them requesting info:

Good Morning Dan,

In response to your e-mail, the only part we have in stock is the patch
panel behind
the right wheel for $12.95, the price is so cheap because we are blowing
it
out the 
door. We no longer carry the rocker panels as we blew those out and once
they were 
gone, they were gone not to be reordered. Thank you for inquiring at Bow
Wow.
